Refund policy

At YoseiMart, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition.
Returned with their original packaging, where reasonably possible.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Items That Arrive Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us with:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos or videos showing the item and, if relevant, its packaging.

Please do not return the item until we provide instructions.

After reviewing your request, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund. You will not be required to pay return shipping for an item confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This reporting period does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

3. Returns for Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within the 30-day return window, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements above.

For approved change-of-mind returns:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
Items must be returned to the address provided by our support team.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. YoseiMart cannot guarantee refunds for returns that are lost in transit.

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

Contact us at sales@yoseimart.com with the subject line "Return Request".
Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Wait for our response and return instructions.
Ship the item only after your return has been approved.

Please do not send items to the address printed on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Any refund required by applicable law will be processed within the legally required timeframe.

6. Exchanges and Replacements

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different item or variant, please contact us. Depending on availability and the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or ask you to place a new order.

Replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

If an order is confirmed lost, cannot be delivered, or cannot be shipped within the applicable timeframe, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

Tracking information may take several days to update after a package has been shipped.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We can attempt to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. This does not affect any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
